People can only see Soul Guiding Song Parade in a funeral.  Many people believe that it is a salvation to the spirits of the dead person according to this Taiwan folk Din Tao, appearing only in the funeral ceremony.

       Soul Guiding Song Parade consists of five members: one is a music instrument player, and the other four are performers.  Most of them are not professional, because they can not earn enough money to support their lives as a soul guider.  The four persons are expected to lead the soul of the dead person to a better world according to their performance.
