We can see “Din Tao" at most Temple Fairs in Taiwan. A Temple Fair is a Chinese cultural gathering traditionally to temples during celebrating season. Till now, Din Tao has been a very important part of the celebration activities which include worshiping deities, entertainment and shopping. Din Tao means a leader of the parade. Local Community: We can see “Din Tao” at most Temple Fairs in Taiwan. Therefore, it is not the activities which belong to some special local community, but a very important part of the celebration actives. It includes worshiping deities, entertainment and shopping.

After we watched the Taiwanese 2012 film “Din Toa – the Leader of the Parade.” We felt like to carry out a research onto this traditional Taiwan folk performance. The more we realize the folk performance, the more interested we become. Now, we expect to introduce to you how attractive this Taiwanese cultural folk performance is. Not only do we hope to make people know that Din Tao is a traditional folk festival artistry which come from our own ancestors, but also we try to show our treasure to the world.
